The MFAP Youth Orchestra Experience
Our 17-piece elite jazz ensemble offers top-tier training. Our summer term runs seven weeks from June 16 to July 28, 2026, concluding with a grand concert. To apply, review all audition rules and then use the Application Fee section below to complete your mandatory $25 payment.

How To Audition
- Select a 2-4 minute jazz solo (Swing/Bebop/Latin)Include one full chorus of improvisationPerform Major scales (concert pitch) up to 4 sharps/flatsSight-reading samples provided onsitePrior ensemble work encouragedNote: Pay the application fee under the 'Application Fee' header to finalize your spot.
Processing Fee
A $25 non-refundable processing fee is required before your form is reviewed.
